What is Rise?
Rise is a daily supplement formulated for women experiencing the early symptoms of perimenopause. Each bottle contains 60 capsules of organic Ashwagandha root paired with organic black pepper for absorption. Take one capsule twice daily — morning and evening — to support cortisol regulation, sleep, and emotional balance.
