Every order is shipped from our fulfillment partner in the United States within 1-2 business days of being placed.

United States: FREE SHIPPING - 3 - 5 business days

Canada: FREE SHIPPING - 5-10 business days 

International: $20 USD - 7-14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks off — a delay, a missing package, anything — message us and we'll handle it.


Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, your next bottle ships automatically every 30 days at 20% off.

You can skip a delivery, change your shipping date, or cancel anytime from your account. No fees, no hassle, no awkward cancellation calls.


Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order.

If Rise doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send the bottle back. You don't need to explain. Even an empty bottle is fine.

This isn't marketing copy. We mean it. If Zora doesn't make you feel better, we don't deserve your money.

To request a refund, message us with your order number and we'll process it within 2 business days.


Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, message us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.


Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't see the package, please check with your neighbours and household first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, message us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
